Belle of the Ball

I know several of you, like me, that LOVE Target. Well, this is reason #9.96. People who order items on line and decide to return them to the store. If it isn't a commonly carried item, the store slashes the price and places it on the shelf hoping to move it. This beautiful princess dress was stuck in among several other $29.99 dresses. But since it was a returned on line item, the price was $9.96! And do I have one happy little girl today. Thank you, Target!
