Last Friday, Owen's school held a fundraiser called a jog-a-thon. I volunteered to help with Owen's class. The kids got sponsors to give them money for the laps they ran, which ended up being in the school halls due to cold weather. The kids loved it! I unfortunately forgot my camera. My friend, Amy, brought hers and she took pics of all the kids. I got a blurry one with my i-phone. The school was able to raise, at last count, over $10,000! And all of it goes to the school. Last year they bought playground equipment and some computers with the fundraiser money. I can't wait to see what they buy with this one. I'd like to Thank everyone who sponsored Owen. He was able to claim the BIG prize. A tie-dyed school shirt! I'll be sure to take a picture of him once he gets his.

Forgot your camera?????Write that one down in dear diary.....some days can be like that....God knows I have had more than my share...seems I have more of those these days than when I was a young parent! OMG! Old age is creepin' in!
