We had no idea that this was even in the forecast for today, but what a way to start a 3 day weekend! The kids got out of school early, for Early Release. We had just walked into the house and I started making dinner (a post for tomorrow) and happened to look out the window to see these HUGE flakes falling. It was so beautiful. The kids are outside playing in the snow in the dark, while I finish dinner and our guests are on their way. It's the PERFECT day!
