We did GREAT!!!
Today was a perfect day to celebrate Easter. It started early, as most holidays do in our house (5:15). I managed to keep the baskets a surprise until 6:10, shortly before daddy came home from work. The Easter Bunny did "Really Good" according to Owen. Each kid got a small chocolate bunny and some very desirable toys. After getting everyone dressed, we went to church with Nennie, Grandma and Papa Arnett. For lunch, we had Panera and it was just the right amount of food. At 1:00, I met with some other parents from our neighborhood at the park to hide eggs. The kids arrived at 1:30 and had a blast finding their basket of loot. The afternoon was spent hanging out, playing and having a few candies. Mommy and Daddy got to go for a nice run, the weather was a little hot and windy, but the run was great! Spaghetti for dinner and then a relaxing bath. My kids totally enjoyed their Easter! Life is GOOD!
